This Program is designed to Step you to the next level.
If you are just getting started this is a great place to start with 4 workouts a week to do on your own time and own schedule.
If you are a currently working with a trainer but want to step down from that, this still a great program to give you 4 different workouts each week.
All workouts come with demo videos on how to do the exercises.
Workouts can be performed in 30-45 mins from your home or gym
At the start you will submit your assessment and pictures, we will figure out your macros (carbs, fats and proteins) to help you reach your specific workout.
You will be given a macro tracker form to record your macros a the end of each day, along with your weight weekly.
Facebook group with other like-minded women on their fitness journey just like you!
Every 4 weeks you will resubmit your macro tracker, assessment and pics so we can make changes to your macros as needed to help you to continue to reach your goals.
