“I love the programs Team Crazy Fit offers. Whether you are new to your fitness journey or experienced, there are options for you. I love how the focus isn't just about the physical but also the mental part of our growth. Doing the inner and outer work is what helps with long term results. I really enjoyed the 8 Week Beginner Fit and also learning more about the macros I need for my body as well as learning more about nutrition and fitting it into my busy life. Amara is incredible! She knows how to teach you technique and build strength! She is knowledgeable in health and fitness and offers great eating plans! I really enjoyed my experience with her from the first day I met her! And even after a few years & after moving away she is still kind enough to answer questions. I consider her a friend! Amara is a great trainer and a great person! I did 30 minute sessions with her and would be sweating after the first 10 minutes. She is extremely reliable, punctual, and accommodating. I would recommend Amara to anyone looking for a high quality trainer.

I am in my late 30s and for years told myself that I could get back into shape on my own. This was a lie. I am a former collegiate athlete and have a good base of exercise knowledge, but could not find the motivation to get myself moving. I apparently need something to hold myself accountable to. Amara is an absolute gem! And I thank my lucky stars that I am able to train with her. She is positive, upbeat, does not judge or make you feel badly about days where you splurge on a whole birthday cake. She will just laugh with you and discuss ways that you could do better next time.
She gives you the tools you need for success with meal plans and lifting plans for days you are not with her, so that you still have a guide when you are out of her beautiful presence.
If you're experienced, or a beginner, no worries! Amara can tailor any workout to any level of weight lifting experience.
