This group will be limited to 8 girls and starts every 8 weeks.
In person Yoga, 40 mins yoga
followed by 15 mins gratitude/meditation
2x month (2nd and 4th monday) 6pm
Meet in person 2x week
tue and thur 8:45am-9:40am
workouts will be a mix of legs, upper, abs, gluts and cardio
