-2 home workouts each week with demo videos
*Add on Personalized Meal Plan or macro count for additional cost
This group will be limited to 10 girls (6 currently with Covid-19) and starts every 8 weeks.

On-line clients can start at any time during the 8 weeks and will go for 8 weeks.
