All Packages include measurements, and pictures at the start and every 4-8 weeks, at that time we will also set goals and re-evaluate your goals. We will create specific meals and workouts plan based on your current body, goals and foods you like. We will be changing your meal and workout plan continuously to continue to help you meet your goals. We will have you keep a food journal, where you will write down what you eat at every meal and how much of everything, every day and give to trainer weekly for trainer to look over and go over with your. These packages are very hands on to keep you focused and meet your goals. Packages are sold by session amount 6, 10, 20 or 40. (payment plans available).

This is an amazing guide to help you understand food better and how your body processes food. What different foods do for your body, and what to eat when. Also included easy meal prep ideas and tips along with over 50 of my favorite healhty recipes.
*Purchase an online meal plan, We will contact you to find out your height, weight, and goals, foods you like to include in plan. We will create a specific plan for you to follow with foods you like, and the exact portion sizes of everything to meet your goals. You will keep a food diary and submit it weekly (service is good for one month from time you receive plan.) We will go over your submitted meal diary weekly, and email you feedback. I recommend you change meal plans every 6-8 weeks, or when you hit a plateau.
*Once you purchase a workout plan, We will contact you to find out what your goals are, how much time you want to invest in working out, and what kind of equipment you have. We will then create a plan for you to follow based on that info. I recommend you change workout plans every 6-8 weeks to keep from hitting a plateau.
