Packages include measurements and pictures start and every 4-8 weeks, at that time we will set goals and re-evaluate your goals. We will create specific meal and workout plan based on your current body, goals and foods you like these will be changing often to continue to meet your goals. With your meal plan you will write down what you eat at every meal, every day and give to trainer weekly for trainer to look over and go over with your. These packages are very hands on to keep you focused and meet your goals. Packages are sold by 10, 20 or 40. (payment plans available).

*Small group Mom class (you do not need to be a mom! just named it that )
Clients sign up for 1-3 months at a time, and sessions are 3 times a week, in the mornings. (payment plans available)
1 month- $220
3 months $540
No contact with these classes, you just have to prepay for class. All fitness levels, male and female welcome. This will be all body weight movements, running, and jumping.
$6/class held Saturday mornings.
*Teen girl class
This class is just for teen grils- 40 min workout followed by 15 min educational on topics such as: food groups, reading food labels, relationships, budgeting, etc. Classes are 2/week for 6 weeks. Email me for full class outline.
*Purchase an online meal plan, I will contact you to find out your height, weight, and goals, foods you like to include in plan. I will create a specific plan for you to follow with foods you like, and the exact portion sizes of everything to meet your goals. You will keep a food diary and submit it weekly service is good for one month from time you receive plan. I will go over your submitted meal plan with you weekly. I recommend you change meal plans every 6-8 weeks, or when you hit a plateau.
*Once you purchase a workout plan, I will contact you to find out what your goals are, how much time you want to invest in working out, and what kind of equipment you have. I will then create a plan for you to follow based on that info. I recommend you change workout plans every 6-8 weeks to keep from hitting a plateau.
*Beginner, intermediate and advanced running plans for 5k, 10k, half and full marathons. Included with package a Team Crazy Fit Running Shirt. $60
