This program can be done in your home or your gym, on your own whenever is convenient for you!
-At start you will fill out an assessment, and send in your pictures so we can create a detailed workout plan for you.
-Retake pictures and measurements every 4 weeks and submit them
-Personalized detailed workout plan with demo videos on how to do each exercise
-Personalized macros (proteins, fats and carbs you should eat to hit your goals.)
-Videos explaining macros, how to plan out your day using them and how to track them.
-Bi-weekly email check-ins
*Small Group Personal Training (in-person).- private gym in West Haven
-All Packages include measurements, and pictures at the start and every 4-8 weeks, at that time we will also set goals and re-evaluate your goals.
-We will create specific, personalized meal plans based on your current body, goals and foods you like. We figure out your macros (proteins, fats, carbs, calories) then create a plan to follow bases off those macros and foods you like (so it makes it very easy to follow). We can also provide you with your macros if you prefer macro tracking more then meal plan method.
-We will also create a detailed workout plan for you to follow on days you are not training in person with your trainer.
-We will be changing your meal and workout plan continuously to continue to help you meet your goals.
-Your trainer will also be available any time for questions and support (via text/email).
-We will have you keep a food journal, where you will write down everything that goes into your body and the amount. You will turn your food journal in to your trainer for accountability (you do NOT have to do this but it gives you great awareness to what you are eating, and if you are not getting the results you want it allows us coaches to easily make tweaks to your diet so you will get the results you want.)

At the start you will take your measurements, pics, fill out assessment and set goals. You will retake your pics and measurements every 4 weeks and submit them. Based of your assessment and goals, we will create a workout plan for you to follow and specific macros to help you reach your goals!
We have bi-weekly check-ins to track progress and make any adjustments that are needed. However your trainer is still available to you for questions and support via email/text whenever needed.
We create a macro breakdown for you based off your age, weight, height and your goals (you can opt to have a personalized meal plan if you prefer instead of just macros). You will track your macros (or keep a food journal) in an app every day. I will adjust this as needed to help you reach your goals. I will give you guidance on how to track macros, and which foods to eat.
We will create a workout plan for you to follow based off your time, goals and equipment. This program will be done in an app you can pull up from your computer or phone, with video demos of each exercise. This is a very hands-on program, where you will 100% get the support and information you need to be successful at reaching your goals.
We will also send you my e-book “My Simple Guide to Healthy Eating” which is a simple guide to healthy eating along with healthy recipes.
We will also invite you to my private FB group, where you will be supported by other women who are all also on their fitness journey. All my FB groups are extremely supportive of one and other! You will love the group commodity, and being around other women trying to better themselves and their health. Sharing achievements and struggles with one and other.
