This 3 month online course is designed to help you be your best YOU!
Team Crazy Fit will create 2 different meal plans and workout plans for you over the 3 months, to follow to help you reach your goals. This program focuses on physical activity 5 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes or more. You will keep a food journal every day, and it will be discussed during two of the group calls.
In this course you will also be required to meditate at a minimum of 5-10 mins a day. We will guide you and help you with this, even if you have never meditated before. Meditation is a time to quiet your mind and connect to your higher self.
You will be required to write in your "Thankful journal" daily. Giving appreciation for all the good things in your life helps you to feel more happy and grateful.
There will be a book assigned to read each month, and do assignment that goes with it (which will be discussed in bi-weekly calls). These books and assignments will help you with self love, goal setting, manifesting your dreams, understanding food and food lables.
